THE PERSONA BEHIND THE LENS:

Mike has  over 4 decade,s of photographic experience.Specializing in,Editoral,Events, Urban and Commercial  photography.

Mikes love of photography started when he was at school  my mum used to have a camera and take pictures of all sorts of things and being creative it was not long before I was taking pictures . My  professional career really started when I worked as a news paper photographer for one of the largest newspaper groups in South Africa in the early eighties.

Mike now works as a freelance  photographer based in Liverpool and beyond

​All this experience has allowed Mike to develop  a creative, inquisitive and instinctive style of photography, which enables him to adapt to any situation in front of the camera. Mike often shoots images on the fly to capture a image  that tells a story .

Mike continues to be a very active  photographer to this present day.

Mike also teaches photography by using a wealth of experience .

"When I look back at it somehow I managed to do something I love and built a career out of it. I am still out there continuing to take pictures of society in flux ."
